Hastings Country Park is made up of 850 acres of dramatic sandstone cliffs, glens blanketed in trees, nature trails, and footpaths. The area falls within the Hastings Cliffs Special Area of Conservation and the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The park was founded in 1974 to protect the unique wildlife in the area. You may find rare liverwort plants as well as peregrines and black redstarts who breed on the cliffs.
