The Roman Catholic Church of St. Ägidius is a church in Hain, Bavaria, a district of Poppenhausen in the Lower Franconian district of Schweinfurt. The church is dedicated to St. Ägidius. Hain was a branch of the Ebenhausen parish, but is now looked after by the Poppenhausen parish.
Before the current St. Ägidius Church was built, there was a chapel in the village in which new altars were consecrated in 1585.
The St. Ägidius Church, whose church tower was built around 1650, was built in its current form in 1870 with the construction of the neo-Romanesque nave. The massive but low church tower in the style of Julius Echter is built as a choir tower to the east of the nave.
The sacristy is located on the south side of the church tower. The church's baptismal font, which dates from the 16th century, comes from the village's former chapel.
The organ was built in the 18th century by the Würzburg organ builder Johann Ignaz Samuel Will.
