A highlight on the Rheinsteig. Good tread resistance and footwear must be present

The gorge is not very long, but absolutely recommended to discover👍🏻
    Waterproof shoes are an advantage!

Hello, if it rained, take good care of the fall. Avoid slippery shoes. Otherwise, it is a nice way, especially children have fun.

Sturdy shoes are definitely advisable here. If the waterproof are you can sometimes take the shortcut through the water;)
Attention, the rock stairs and wooden bridges can be very smooth.

The path leads at the most beautiful point through the stream bed, sometimes with wire ropes to hold on to. A bit challenging, but really worth it! Can also be done with dogs.

Especially in the morning it is very pleasant because only very few people are there

When you visit the way back via the Uhuley plan, extends the tour and offers very beautiful views.

I have not experienced so far, that in a gorge, so to speak directly in the creek with tw. Handseilläufen secured quite adventurous moved. In hindsight I think it is more interesting and probably easier to go from the bottom up.

Always see people walking up there with sneakers. Not recommended, especially if it rained the day before.

An absolute must in the region and an absolute highlight on the Rheinsteig! I had a lot of fun walking down the gorge.

An excursion is definitely worth it. Sturdy shoes and a safe "step" are recommended. The descent of the circular route "C1" is also quite steep, secured by steel cables and, depending on the weather, very slippery.

We had almost no water in the gorge in June. With children to recommend, we had the small (5 months) in the stretcher (Manduca) and the big (3) had a lot of fun. If you save something else that is not dangerous. Way back as signposted on Panoramaweg make, very nice!

Beautiful gorge, I didn't expect that in this area, although the well-known Bavarian counterparts are more impressive and simply longer.
Ascent without breaks can be done in 30 minutes, provided that you are sure-footed.

Always an experience! Very beautiful and wild romantic. You go through the gorge and partly directly through the scree in the riverbed ...

Very impressive part of the Rhine entry, it is practically in or next to the riverbed. When it rains, the trail is not recommended, I do not think that the Dan Klamm is continuously accessible. Good waterproof shoes are recommended because you often run in the riverbed on wet stones. At the end of the gorge there is a refuge with barbecue area.

Very nice wild romantic single trail. Good footwear required. You have to climb something, it is slippery and you also have to go through the stream

So the Rupertsklamm was definitely a highlight on the Rheinsteig! I think the locals will be able to confirm that. Wonderfully cool gorge. However, one should avoid the peak times ...
