Eichen is a district of Kreuztal. In the past, Siegerländer beer specialties were produced here in the Eichen Brewery. Unfortunately, the Eichener beer was completely stopped after the end was brewed no longer in oaks. Since 2014 it was produced in Steinfurt at the Rolinck brewery. Thus, a part of Siegerland brewing is irrevocably lost. The brewery is still to be seen in oak trees, unfortunately the whole area decays more and more.
