Road cycling

Very interesting for exercises, to be mounted on each side, between the 2 roundabouts. The loop is approximately 3 km long. Clear side seated, in force at low RPM, wood side, as a dancer on a barely more flexible gear, always in force. Recovery on the descents. 1x per week and we add a loop every week :)
