Hiking

You can also start from Ella Railway Station and walk along the rails to Kitalella. The tricky part starts after Kitalella anyway

Hiking

Coming from Ella rock, there is also a lovely bridge you can hike with good views. I can definitely recommend going to the top of Ella Rock for sunrise and then hike back to the village via the train tracks.

Hiking

For most Sri Lanka travelers, the wonderful train journey through the highlands starts or ends here. Ella is also the starting point for impressive hikes with a view.
