Right from the start the Glacier Canyon Trail offers amazing vistas. The trailhead offers an elevated view across Tioga Lake with the backdrop of mountains, most prominently Mt Dana, mirrored in the water on still days. There are restrooms and other trails nearby to the lakeshore.
