Pure idyll: A beautifully renovated hut (from 1950), great seating areas (some of which were only renewed in May 2023), the small monastery fountain within sight (its source is a little further up), three small ponds lined up in the valley direction and in the There are some remains of the old desert on the rocks above the hut. And everything is well maintained by the PWV-Lemberg! Thanks!

"Monastery Fountain" is a Knight Stone from the "Landmarks" category. Knight's stones from this category are intended to help hikers find their way around or to point out notable landmarks in the area. Examples of this are springs, soles, wooge, rocks, castles, valleys or information about borders or dominions.
The area around the knight's stone "Klosterbrunnen" may have belonged to Hornbach Abbey. However, Hornbach is quite far away, which raises doubts about this assignment. The so-called monastery fountain can be found near the Ritterstein.
