Not far from Saint Clemens Church is the former Kongsmark rescue station from 1887. The Rømø fire brigade has now been renovated and completely overhauled here. The fire station has a tower from which ships that were in distress at the time were located could be spotted.
Stopping and parking on the street in front of the buildings is not permitted, just turn right and stop behind the buildings on the gravel parking lot.
