Port de Cabus

A beautiful, mixed surface climb from the village of Alins up to the border between Spain and Andorra. The first 10km up to the village of Tor are on surfaced and concrete roads. After Tor the road changes to a wide gravel path, rough in places, that climbs up through the forest to the border in a series of switchbacks. As you climb, remember to keep taking a look behind as the view back down the valley into Spain is just stunning. Once you're at the summit and you've crossed into Andorra, the track turns to smooth tarmac for a fast and equally stunning descent into the village of Pal.

Gravel or BTT only

Very bad and quite rough way. Partly rocky and sandy. Feasible with a gravel bike but very difficult to ride. You may have to push it partially. With an MTB you can get by better.
