The construction of the church of Nuestra Señora de Los Remedios began in 1513 and was completed in the early 18th century. In 1996 a fire destroyed everything except for the outer walls and the tower. Goldsmith works and paintings of great artistic value were also lost. The main stone portal is worth seeing.
