Hiking

The boss spoke for 20 minutes: The hut is about 240 years old, with the exception of the base everything is made of spruce wood. Everything is crooked, there is no electricity and the water is drawn from the nearby stream. The cows of the Alm graze on the surrounding mountain pastures. The milking machine is water-powered, and all the drinks for the tourists are cooled with the "running" water. Great hospitality.

Kaiserschmarren from the wood stove, very good and huge portion. The hut has no electricity and still everything works fine! The dumpling soup is also highly recommended, and of course the fresh buttermilk from the alpine cows.
