Hiking

You hear or see the "Majaceite" all the time on this beautiful, varied, mostly shady path and on the way you have the opportunity to make a detour to the local botanical garden (Él Jardín Botánico). Good shoes are recommended.

Here at the entrance to the "Sendero Río Majaceite" there are very few parking spaces. It is only about 700 m from the "Centro de Visitantes" and there are plenty of parking spaces. This Sendero, just over 5 km long, does not require a permit and can be linked to the Sendero "Él Pinsapar" (subject to permit).
