Very beautiful pilgrimage church. Every year in July the Leonhardifahrt takes place here in honor of Saint Leonhard.

The pilgrimage church of St. Leonhard is located a little off the beaten track, on the southern edge of the village of Siegertsbrunn. The Siegertsbrunn Leonhardi Church is one of the oldest and most important of its kind in Old Bavaria. In the 16th century, pilgrims came here from a radius of up to 200 km. In its current form, the Leonhardi Church dates back to the Wittelsbachs. According to legend, the village's founder Sigoho is said to have built a wooden chapel on the site of the current church around the year 1000, but the first documented mention of a stone church dates back to 1460. According to the latest findings, construction probably began as early as 1440.
For centuries, the Leonhardi Festival has taken place in Siegertsbrunn on the first Sunday after Kilian (July 8th). In honor of St. Leonhard, a three-day festival is held with a pilgrimage on Saturday and the blessing of horses, carriages and riders on Sunday.
