Between km 27 and 37 is definitely a trekking route. It is not suitable for MTB, it is impossible to ride, even pushing the bike is almost impossible in many places. Until km 27 it is quite nice but after that I would definitely recommend you to continue on a different route. Luckily for me, the weather was good and it wasn't too late and I was able to push the bike for about 7-8km to the top, but if you don't have enough food and water and it's late, there are serious risks after km 27. I'm talking about "Beautiful panorama of the valley loop from Le Verney"

As noted by others, this climb is not for those with anything less than very good fitness. If you want to enjoy this climb on a bike you need to be very fit or using a quite powerful e-MTB. The route in many places is loose, rough and technical rock. I had to push up about a quarter of the ascent (very fit but on a manual full-suspension bike). The descent is fun and challenging, though you may run into hikers, so be careful.
