So, contrary to the evaluation of Komoot the Viewpoint has according to GPS a height of 4623 m. It definitely pays to get up at 3 in the morning to wheeze at sunrise. Because of the protection of the sighted snow leopards, the pass (La) has not been allowed to be entered for some time, so the trek stops here as well. Nevertheless, absolutely crazy! You stand at the height of the Dufour peak, the second highest mountain in the Alps and look again high on the thick Watz of Kanchenjunga. The sunrise was a wonderful experience for us again, bitter cold, frozen and out of breath, but it was worth it. Our (local) patriotic vein has let us flag Hessian, Greetings from Hesse in the Himalayas :-)
