The trail over Schönenberg is really great. On the way you will pass the princely estate (former location of a hunting lodge) and have an outstanding view to the south. You see Sachsenheim, Bietigheim and Ludwigsburg. When the weather is nice you can see the Stuttgart TV tower and even the first surveys of the Swabian Jura.
The descent ends at the Freudental sports field. The descent is very slippery in wet weather.
A highlight are small hills and heels.

Mountain biking

It's really fun. Under no circumstances omit. You can skip the jumps. The S2 variant requires skill and concentration. I got through well in extremely dry weather. The steep part is certainly a big challenge when it is wet. Tiring with a 29 “hardtail 😉
