The Scherauer Weiher are located in the community of Leinburg away from the villages of Leinburg and Diepersdorf in the area of the incorporated Scherau settlement. They are used to raise trout and carp and are owned by the Diepersdorf fishing association. Every year in summer, the Weiherfest takes place on a weekend in July, when of course fresh trout and fresh carp from the ponds are very deliciously prepared. More information at:
