Birthplace of the Bayfront settlement of Pinole in the 1850s, the villa now occupying this site dates back to its heydays in the 1890s. Now privately owned, it still displays some historic agricultural tools and carriages, including a cool 1950s cadillac once owned by Gretchen, probably the town's most well-known recent characters.
