Toughest climb in Romania. One of the best road cycling experiences you can have in Romania, along with Transfagarasan, and TransBucegi.
It's a must for cycling enthusiasts!

The Transalpina is the highest paved road in Romania and this is its pinnacle. Just fantastic.

Top high road, which is admittedly relatively busy, especially on weekends, but still far less busy than the Transfăgărășan!! In addition, the Transalpina is Romania's highest mountain pass road! ❤️🇷🇴
