The Prestøyhytta is a shelter or overnight hut of the Norwegian Tourist Association (DNT). The hut is self-catering and offers 16 beds, as well as a small pantry where various food items can be purchased. A key is required for the hut. It is recommended to book beds in advance. As a solo hiker, you might be lucky and still get a bed. The hut is well-equipped, besides a gas stove, there is also a cozy seating area with a couch and tables. Several huts are available.
