It's clearly a popular spot, but that's understandable with such a beautiful beach and lake. Besides swimming, stopping for the view is also worthwhile. You'll also find several restaurants and cafes nearby, such as the Boat House café and the Allt Mor café.

Perfect for beginners due to its shallow water by the sandy shore, Loch Morlich is a beautiful place to come for a dip in the summer.

Enjoy your time here, thanks to easy access through local parking and the beach cafe (the Boathouse Cafe). There's also a watersports provider here if you fancy something more adventurous.

If you're looking for a secluded and private swim, avoid peak season and perhaps look for alternatives to the main beach to the east.

Loch Morlich is a stunning location set in the Cairngorms National Park, it is simply stunning, a beautiful sandy beach enclosed in a forest with a crystal clear Lake.
