Maybe that could be something for racing bikes. But this road is unsuitable for a normal bicycle tour. No bike path, the cars and 40-ton trucks come from behind. And when there is oncoming traffic, you never know if and how close they are going to pass you. A stupid feeling ... It's better to take the path along the Voss Canal, even if it's in the shade.
