    If you love history or are a train enthusiast, the Folsom Railroad Museum is for you. They have a well-preserved Santa Fe passenger car on site that is part of the museum. It is open every Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.
    Well-preserved historic railroad station now converted into a museum. Next to the old round point where steam engines were rotated to another train.
    Well-preserved and lovingly restored railway depot of the original Folsom station, and the cool original turnaround. It had a prime location along the railway line climbing across the Sierra Nevada via Donner Pass. Today it hosts a visitor center, also with information about the adjoining museum.
