This is one of my favourite country lanes and is featured in the book Lost Lanes (No. 3). It follows the route of Kent Water and is an absolutely gorgeous route through a little valley.

This is a great little farm cafe, with bike racks outside and picnic benches if you want to sit in the sun. They serve good coffee and snacks, what more could you want?
