The historic center of Blera is perched on a tuff hill. In the gorges of the Biedano torrent there is the famous path of the mole.

Corchiano is an ancient Faliscan city, a people who shared the dominion of Tuscia with the Etruscans.
The village retains its medieval layout, with winding alleys and suggestive squares.

It is said to be from Etruscan times, carved in stone to form the way to the Necropolis... Different from Roman ways, sinuous, cold and deep.. Really impressive!

Going down from Blera towards the Biedano, cross a bridge and find the short path that leads to the via cava buia and the columbarium, not to be missed.
