Historically significant footbridge with a beautiful view over the lake and to Rapperswil - definitely worth a visit.

It should be noted that the way from Weesen towards Beetlis is at risk of falling rocks. A little caution is helpful at best. (see impacts in the asphalt ...)

The viewpoint Chapf is located at 1288m and offers a wonderful view over the deep blue Walensee.

Easy to reach, enough space for everyone who comes up here and a great view - a great destination if you don't want to go too high, but you still want to escape the high fog in Zug or Zurich.

The Chümmibarren is located a little higher up next to the Chrüzegg. The climb is definitely worth it. At 1,313 meters high, the Chümmibarren offers a fantastic view that includes the Alpstein mountains and the Churfirsten.

The picturesque village of Amden is a perfect starting point for various hikes. The view of the Walensee is simply fantastic. The chairlift takes you comfortably up to the Mattstock.

The 1332m high Tweralpspitz is the highest elevation of the Nagelfluhberge of the Zurich Oberland. It lies however completely in the west of the canton Sankt Gallen.
