Just dive in – not only in Lake Pressegger See, which can warm up to 28 degrees, but also in the BIKEworld of Mountains & Lakes on the sunny southern side of the Alps. Fascinating mountain bike and cycle tours on 950 kilometres and 41 marked routes amidst the Kranichen and Gailtaler Alps.
In this collection we present some of the best single trails and fun-oriented tours in the region.
At the heart of this new BIKEworld is the "TRAILworld of Mountains": 12 single trails are concealed behind this name, nine of them at Nassfeld and three at Weissensee. The "MEX-Line 1" flow trail in Tröpolach am Nassfeld is brand new.
Fantastic views, warm bathing lakes and managed alpine pastures ensure an all-round enjoyable bike experience. We wish you lots of fun discovering this great region.
Beginners as well as experienced bikers will get their money's worth. In this collection we use another speciality of the region: The three summer mountain railways at Nassfeld and one at Weissensee take you comfortably up to the start of the respective trail. This saves you strength and time, so that you can fully concentrate on the best prepared trails.
The fantastic mountain scenery with its magnificent views is not the only thing that ensures an all-round enjoyable bike experience: many warm lakes invite you to take a break again and again, as do the 46 managed alpine pastures in the area. In the middle of the Carnic Mountains of BIKEworld, action meets pleasure - we wish you lots of fun discovering this great region.
