Rugged rock formations, lush alpine pastures and short crunchy gravel passages make this tour a real highlight. This cross-border tour is short but technically as well as conditionally demanding. But she is also incredibly versatile and offers you an unforgettable nature experience with breathtaking views.From the Nassfeld Pass you start on an asphalt road uphill direction Watschiger Alm. After just under a kilometer you turn right and follow the forest road towards Gartnerkofelbahn mountain station. At an altitude of 1,850 meters, you will reach the crossing - it is worth stopping here for a moment to enjoy the breathtaking view. From now on it goes downhill to the Garnitzenalm.On the alpine pasture, you cycle gently uphill to the saddle at the border crossing to Italy (at 1,675 meters altitude). A short but challenging singletrack that gets a bit wider and easier after the first four bends takes you up to the Ofenalm. About gravel roads you continue towards Auernig Alm - still 70 meters and you've made it. The subsequent descent is pure enjoyment. It ends directly at the Nassfeld Pass.This tour bears the signage HP6. She is also well suited to be driven with the e-bike. That's exactly what the new "Nassfeld Single Trails" are all about. One of them is the "Yannick Trail".The trail fun begins comfortably with the cable car Millenium Express (if you come from Tröpolach) or with the Madritschen chair lift (coming from the Sonnenalp Nassfeld). Just below the mountain station of the Madritschen chairlift starts the "Livio Trail", which you take for about 100 meters. He will take you directly to the "Yannik Trail", which starts off comfortably and spoils you with fantastic views of Rosskofel and far into Italy.Now the trail changes its character. You drive into a mountain pine forest as it gets more technical and slower. In the middle is a drop about one meter high, which you can also avoid. Then the black marked "Yannick Trail" meanders flat, sometimes slightly uphill to a large alpine meadow. After a small wooden bridge you get back to the red marked "Livio Trail". He follows him to Lago del Pramollo. The flow trail runs over forest and meadow passages and is garnished with steep turns and lots of waves that you either pass casually or you can jump as "tables". Whether flowy enjoyment ride or action-packed jump-spectacle - you have it alone in your hand. With an average gradient of between ten and 15 percent, the route is also suitable for bikers with basic knowledge.About 400 meters below you "land" down in Tröpolach at 614 meters altitude. He is scenically extra class, offers you great views of the mountains and a flowigen course.Let's start at the mountain station of the Madritschen chairlift, where you can get a good overview with a fantastic all-round panoramic view. The first part of the trail is covered on Austrian territory, right where skiers make their turns in winter. In summer, however, you move along the entire "Livio Trail" on pasture, ie meadows with gravel. Special consideration for the cows and horses is required. In addition, the trail is shared with hikers. All passages, however, are easy to see.After the first passage follows a short flat piece. Following a short ascent, it goes into a Traverse. At this highest intermediate point is the border with Italy. Now begins the most beautiful landscape and most natural part. Before crossing to the Snake and Chri trail, a short stop for a few snapshots with the Gartnerkofel in the background is worthwhile. Then it's over a meadow with small bumps and a steeper curve towards the first North Shore Bridge, which is located in front of the intersection to Livio and the Fausto Trail. Here begins the flowigste part of the trails. Roots, stones and small forest are your ideal playground. The Livio Trail ends right on Lago Pramollo - as the name suggests - at the restaurant Livio. Here you can fortify yourself and then roll to the mountain railway to take another exit.

Per Madritschen chair lift you can comfortably bring you to over 1,900 meters altitude. The Livio Trail starts right at the mountain station, and you turn right at the beginning. From the crossbeam of "Livio" turn left after a few hundred meters, the "Chri" in a few close adjacent curves. From now it says: free ride on this Nassfeld single trail!About small steps on a meadow you come down to a reservoir. You will drive this on the right side and get to a short, steep section - ideal for shooting. After the lake it gets a bit more technical and larger roots demand more concentration. At the end of the "Chri Trail" opens directly into the "Easy Way". Then you enjoy the beautiful descent back to the Sonnenalpe, where the Madritschen chair lift brings you up to the next trail. Above you have the free choice. The "Livio" Trail is definitely a good choice. If you want, you can turn from here to many other trails. There's nothing wrong with just riding uphill several times in a row - no matter what your schedule and condition allow.It continues: Now a long descent awaits you, at the end of which you arrive in Tröpolach - directly at the valley station of the Millennium Express gondola. Until then, an unbelievable 15 kilometers of bike fun are waiting for you and it's almost downhill! First, you roll over the "Lift Bike Giro" very relaxed. Here it is worth it to take it easy and just enjoy the beautiful views. Further down you will switch to the brand new flowtrail "MEX Line 1", where you can do it again.
