This Collection takes you via the Schelde in Bazel along various villages in Zeeland to then return via several nature reserves back to the Schelde in Belgium. So you see in these two days the best of both Belgium and the Netherlands. It can blow well in this area, but in return there are many beautiful views over polders, mud flats and the river. The many floods that the area has known in the past have today created unique nature reserves. Besides the nature, the underground also keeps the tour varied, because there are a number of unpaved (but well passable) parts in it.
The first day the route starts on a parking lot in Bazel (Belgium), but you can also choose to travel by public transport now that there is a bus stop around the corner. The first day ends again at a bus stop. From this village (Nieuw-Namen) you have many overnight options. So there are hotels, holiday parks, but also the cozy B&B 'De Zilte Schorre'. The second and last day brings you back to the starting point of the first day. You can of course also choose to cycle the route in one day.
