Vergesst auf keinen Fall die Kohlenhydrate Shots! Mein Tipp für euch, startet früh (6 Uhr), beginnt mit der Kampnwand und danach zur Jochbergalm, dann habt ihr 2/3 der harten Berge hinter euch und das vor der Mittagshitze.
