Incredible day out with @tristanbogaard and @Belén Castelló (belletoscan) creating and riding a stunning route of the best gravel and road Girona has to offer. We even carried half a tree, a rock and some rubbish back to the start with us!

15.2kmh over 116km high Carb ride??? Why? That's a very slow ride over an intermediate distance with high Carb?🤔 Is this a p--s take? Not sure I understand this!
