From Berg & Terblijt, the route went towards the first intermediate stop in Klein Haasdal, and then set course for the beautiful 🏰 Wijnandsrade. The route then meandered via forest paths and open fields towards the Water Tower of Schimmert

After two intensive weeks of training 🪂 in the French Alps and a few days to get the leg muscles back to walking level, it was time for a new adventure: my first Heuvelland 4-Daagse. Not the maximum 42k, but a lovely 28k at a nice relaxed pace. 😄
