Today's tour was planned differently, but it seems that heavy rainfall a few days ago has devastated parts of the S2 trails below Cima del Monte. Pushing the bikes dampened our morale so much that we simply replanned the tour to easier trails en route.

🇮🇹 Isola d'Elba - vor dem Apéro-Ründeli

Auf Empfehlung des Elba-(und vieles mehr) Experten Pit, machte ich nach der Ankunft und vor dem Apéro, diese kurze aber sehr schöne Angewöhnungsrunde solo (ohne Patti). Erste Bekanntschaften mit einheimischen und deshalb auf italienisch bellenden Hunden, durfte ich auch bereits machen.

cool tour through 3 cantons... with & . on the way..... we rocked the schauenberg trails from the top down to elgg before lunch... then a leisurely ride back to uzwil via beautiful paths for the hop drink at urs'... best thanks guys, for the nice day and hospitality....🙏🏻🍀😉

Fortsetzung unserer Wanderung auf der Via Jacobi von Brienz dem ganzen Brienzersee entlang bis nach Interlaken Ost. Unsere Entscheidung, die Etappe vom Brünig nach Interlaken auf 2 Tage aufzuteilen und stattdessen noch das Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg zu besuchen, erwies sich als goldrichtig, denn auch die heutige Etappe hatte es in sich.

Continuation of our hike on the Via Jacobi from Brienz along the entire Lake Brienz to Interlaken Ost. Our decision to split the stage from Brünig to Interlaken into 2 days and visit the Ballenberg open-air museum instead proved to be absolutely right, as today's stage also had its challenges.

Begleitung von Patti auf ihrer 10. Etappe der Via Jacobi vom Brünigpass via Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg bis nach Brienz. Offiziell ginge diese Etappe direkt bis nach Interlaken. Die total 30 Km teilen wir uns aber auf 2 Tage auf und besuchten stattdessen heute noch den schönen und wirklich sehr interessanten Ballenberg.

Today, in the Surselva, we went from Reichenau-Tamins to the viewing platform high above the impressive Rhine Gorge and from there continued to Falera where we replenished our energy (lunch in a pizzeria) and that of our bikes
