The Adventure in the Wüstebach Valley



Maybe there are already a few daffodils... daffodils in bright yellow, in the Wüstebach Valley...



...somehow a strange combination of words, desert and narcissists quickly popped into my head...and wolf scat, but on the paths...in my mind, all sorts of associations

The tour begins at the Matronae Sanctuary. A beautiful spot in the forest, said to possess special energies, especially as described on the information panels. They also encourage visitors to sit on the small wooden platform and find inner peace… which I manage very quickly, as it's been a while

Of course, the wonderful photos of this little gorge on the internet didn't just attract me… Fully aware of this, I resolutely descended the narrow path towards it, determined not to be intimidated by what might lie ahead.
