Looping about the new forest
Bit of a change up today, 3 of us went up to the new forest for a ride out, clear the cobwebs, destress and just talk about absolutely anything and everything. The 90's were the best times convo was a great interesting one. 😆. The ride itself was a relatively easy one, there were a few hills, but nothing major. Road, gravel, pathway and a little grass riding. All in all, a good route.

Been a while since being out on the bike. The weather is starting to change for the better, so took full advantage and got out on the bike. Great loop around the surrounding woodlands of bournemouth

A break from hiking today, as @Karsten wanted to hit some trails on the bikes. Not been on the bike for about six months, so eased ourselves back in to it gently with a 43km ride out!!! the last 6km were brutal . I had nothing left in the tank and each rotation felt like I was going in reverse. A great
