Part 2 of my Rondanestien hike. See my part 1 for further background. Took me 6 days, between 20 - 25 km/day, depending on the terrain. I did not use DNT cottages etc, but only my tent. Also need to bring full food supply for the whole trip, there are no resupplies or grocery stores along the way once

First part of Rondanestien hike (rondanestien.dnt.no, 440km), which for me was from Bjørvika/Oslo to Dal. Took me 4 days, with 20-25km/day. I camped in my tent and brought food for 4 days, so I can't say anything about DNT cottages etc. along the way. If you want to do this trip, download the GPX file

The little 360 degree loop in the middle is due to being lost — skip this part :) Hiking the first part of the route from Billingstad station to Vestmarksetra utfartsparkering is not recommended, no sidewalks and icy roads. I wouldn’t do this part again, try to start tour from Vestmarksetra if you have a car (or bus to Kattås).

Track can be reached by car (parking at beginning of track) or by foot from Lillehammer city centre, ca. 30-40 min walk uphill. Classic and skate tracks.
