Stropones Gorge
The trail is well-marked. There are several spots where you can cool off in the water. Closer to the country road, the water disappeared. Be careful when crossing the stream! The stones can be slippery. We crossed the stream 19 times in one direction—38 times in total.

Koutsounari Spring, the gorge of Agion Pantos in Skopi, Sitia
A good dirt road runs along vegetable gardens at the beginning of the gorge from the sea. It's a slight climb. The trail into the gorge begins a little further on. Very tasty water.

Bafi Refuge - Mola - Bafi Refuge. Parnitha Mountain.
Great! I would recommend going exactly this way, clockwise, because after the pass there is a fairly steep descent, and then the trail is almost flat.

A nice walk to Korakas Hill — I highly recommend it! I saw lots of hoopoes and a beautiful view. I didn't climb the highest point itself, though. You need proper shoes and trousers for that, as there are a lot of thorny bushes there.
