Not much to see if you take the direct path from Bassee to Bad Freienwalde. I was abit tired after making the opposite journey so did not make any detours. But the paths are well trodden forest paths with even paved ones at some point. You can easily plan your own to visit the Teufelsee or one of the

A different hike than most in Brandenburg due to the occasional steep climbs and descents found throughout the path. The start takes one through a steep climb of steps till a tower before entering the forest. Enjoy the serenity of the woods as you make your way to Bassee where a cute little cafe/restaurant

A relaxing hike along a shallow river (or stream) with lots of abandoned beaver dams. It was especially beautiful at this time of the year due to the fallen leaves strewn along the way and the soft sunlight pouring in through the gaps.
