Schöne nahezu straßenfreie Tour durch den Südwesten Hannovers. Ab H-Wettbergen geht es in etwa an der Ihme entlang, bis man nahe Bredenbeck die Quelle entdeckt. Jedenfalls steht dort der Stein. Hinter Bredenbeck geht es Richtung Friedwald, wo man auch kräftig in die Pedale treten muss, um die Steigung zur B217, Steinkrug, zu schaffen. Dann geht es bis Völksen an der B217 entlang. Hinter Springe geht es nochmal einige Kilometer an der B217 entlang. Doch ab Altenhagen I fährt man wieder gemütlich durch die schöne Mittelgebirgslandschaft von Deister, Osterwald bzw. Ith, Süntel nach Hameln rein.
