Today, it's only 16 km from the campsite to the main train station, half of it along the canal with no traffic at all. The remaining roads have dedicated bike paths or at least bike lanes.
We were able to have breakfast at the huge Edeka Moabit supermarket and buy provisions for the train journey.

Today we mostly cycled along busy roads. Although most of them had bike paths, it was still noisy. Today was a cycling day like you'd wish for. The ride out of Oschersleben and through Magdeburg involved car traffic, but otherwise it was all on side roads and bike paths. The highlight was the route along the Elbe-Havel Canal. It runs straight ahead, but always has a perfect surface, even when it's not paved.
