Today we're in for a real treat. While the Langmatt Museum in Switzerland is undergoing renovations, the Lower Belvedere is hosting an exhibition of the French Impressionist collection of Jenny and Sidney Brown.

We're heading to MINSK in Potsdam. No one knows how long the snow will last, so we're off to Wannsee and into the winter forest. With crampons on our feet, even slippery paths are no problem. Every step crunches and crackles. We pass through the Düppel Forest and reach Griebnitzsee. We follow the Havel

The sky is gray, but yesterday's fresh snow has made it shine brightly.



A short hike in the Grunewald forest is always a good idea, especially since it's practically on our doorstep.



We start at the Grunewald S-Bahn station and head towards Teufelssee (Devil's Lake). Passing Pechsee, Himmelsauge, and Barsee

The current exhibition, "The Scharf Collection," is still running at the Alte Nationalgalerie. The weather isn't conducive to outdoor activities, so we're heading indoors. Nevertheless, we decide not to be completely lazy and set off on our familiar route: Schöneberger Südgelände Nature Park, Schöneberger

Today we're still on vacation, so we want to make the most of the beautiful weather. On the way home, we stop in Pfaffendorf and walk a bit.



We gradually climb uphill and do a loop on the Quirl. The sun is shining 🌞, even though the icy wind is quite strong at times.

On Saturday evening, we received word that we could do the tour despite the trail conditions. Crampons were mandatory and, once again, absolutely necessary. ❄️

In the most beautiful winter weather with lots of snow ❄️, sunshine 🌞, and hardly any wind, I finished the project today with the belt buckle. 🥳 I allowed myself a few small adjustments.
