The Castelli Romani by MTB never disappoint.
You always find some new stretch and the known ones done in the opposite direction are also new.
The few km of asphalt from the Labico FS station are on zero-traffic roads.
Once you start the dirt road you practically don't let go until the end of the ring.

Hard to get going again after months of inactivity...
The rains of the previous days made me opt for a mostly asphalted tour.
The views along the private road, and therefore closed to traffic, that goes up towards Cornizzolo are very beautiful.

I set out to do the Grande Anello dei Castelli Romani, and when I reached Piani del Vivaro I got so bogged down that I couldn’t stay in the saddle anymore. At that point I interrupted the tour and, on a comfortable asphalt road, I returned to Frascati.
The Grande Anello can wait.

Easy and panoramic route among the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany with breathtaking views of the coast of Bandite di Scarlino, Punta Ala and the surrounding islands, including Elba.
Cala Violina, the most famous and easy to reach, has a limited number of places and a fee in the summer.
Perfectly enjoyable

Nice ride from Grosseto to Follonica in my first outing with the Ciclosbandati group led by the volcanic Simone and Francesco.
Very fun, and at times challenging, the dirt roads between Punta Ala and Follonica (Scarlino path) with breathtaking views of the coast.

Pleasant and easy walk in the colors of autumn.
At the Grialeggio Pass (1701 m) you leave the woods and along a panoramic path you reach the cross of Monte Venturosa (1999 m) passing by the Baita del Giacom.
Once back at the pass you go up the steep zigzag path on the opposite side and then, with some

Easy and relaxing route that from Porta Maggiore allows you to reach the Parco degli Acquedotti and the Appia Antica.
The beauty of the places needs no explanation.
