Come ai vecchi tempi di quando ero monzese, pochi ma divertenti km. Nel Parco ci sono decine e decine di km di strade, sentieri e singletrack per la maggior parte sterrati.

MTB Monti Lepini-Lazio: Latina-Rif. Sorgente dell'Angelo-Latina
Giro classico! Andata: Latina-Sermoneta-Bassiano-Rifugio Sorgente dell'Angelo. Ritorno: Rifugio-Bassiano (senza entrare im paese)-Abbazia di Valvisciolo-Latina. Tutto asfalto fino a Bassiano (famoso per il prosciutto) con bei panorami su Sermoneta, la Piana Pontina, il Monte Circeo e le Isole Pontina. Poi sterrato fino al Rifugio. Molto divertente, perchè facile e veloce, la discesa sterrata per tornare a Bassiano per poi spararsi una lunghissima discesa asfaltata fino all'Abbazia di Valvisciolo. Consiglio un visita ai Borghi medioevali di Sermoneta e Bassiano e all'Abbazia di Valvisciolo. Nota: dal Rifugio continuando per la strada sterrata, si puo arrivare a Camporosello dove lo sterrato finisce su un vasto e panoramico pianoro puntondinpartenza per i trekking al Semprevisa.

Preso da questo giro di Claudio: https://www.komoot.com/it-it/tour/2610835466 Divertente percorso del Giro Lungo del Cicloraduno di Valmontone. Tantissimo sterrato su traccia fatta da locals che conoscono bene il territorio.

Trek Monti Aurunci - Lazio: Itri, Santuario della Civita, Monte Grande da Itri FS
SCONSIGLIATO! Giro molto bello dal punto di vista paesaggistico ma, dal Monte Grande in poi, assolutamente non transitabile se non andando a naso e lottando per ore con la vegetazione e il terreno irregolare. Ho scaricato la traccia da Wikiloc ma ad un certo punto, scendendo dal Monte Grande, l'ho abbandonata perché stavo progredendo troppo lentamente a causa della vegetazione e del fondo roccioso molto irregolare e mi sono diretto verso la mia traccia di salita. Vera avventura con arrivo al buio!!! Consiglio invece la salita al Monte Grande per godere del bel panorama e poi ridiscendere per lo stesso percorso di salita. PS: sono partito (e rientrato) a piedi dalla stazione di Itri e mi sono meravigliato del fatto che per arrivare in paese (3 km circa) non ci sia un percorso pedonale sicuro ma si debba percorrere la trafficatissima Via Appia in un tratto senza marciapiede dove camion e auto vanno a velocità sostenuta.

Nice ride from Grosseto to Follonica in my first outing with the Ciclosbandati group led by the volcanic Simone and Francesco.
