5k Jim. Ive been going on the treadmill, rowing, kettlebell training while the weather has been crap, despite thinking it would be beneficial, it proved to be wrong today on a MTB ride. I ran 3.1k two days ago whilst dropping 41seconds off my previous time, then kettlebell training afterwards. Rowing
