... ich bin mittlerweile 73 Jahre alt.
In meiner Jugend war ich aktiver Leichtathlet (Mittel- und Langstrecken) und Wintersportler (Skilanglauf). Danach waren Rennsteig-, Kyffhäuser-, Klippen- und weitere -Läufe angesagt Aber 2009 kam der Hammer! Trotz vermeintlich gesunder Lebensweise ( und viel zu viel Arbeit und wenig Ausgleichsport) hatte ich einen heftigen Herzinfarkt. Mein Kardiologe meinte, dass der Ausdauersport im „Vorleben" mein Lebensretter war und dass ich bitte weiter Sport treiben sollte! So fahre ich regelmäßig Mountainbike mit manpower, also BIO und nicht E.
Meine treuen Begleiter sind neben komoot und strava meine AppleWatch und die GoPro. Über das lifetracking bin ich auch ständig im Focus meiner Frau (das ist nicht nachteilig !!)

Die 70 wurde im September 2022 mit einer großen Überraschung vollendet. Ich habe zum Geburtstag ein neues Mountainbike (RADON ) Hardtail - erhalten und bin so happy !

Mit dem RADON bin ich bis jetzt (August 24)
auch schon wieder insgesamt 8500 km gefahren, dabei in Summe 24000 Hm.
Leider endet hier mein Radkapitel erstmal.
Musste am 9.9.2024 zur Bypass-Op

Am 13.02.2025 - noch einen DEFI „eingebaut“ bekommen! (OP in HELIOS Eisleben)

…aber seit 04.04.2025 trete ich wieder bei meinem MTB-Radon in die Pedale. Es gibt neue Ziele.
Und immer noch BIO ! Es macht wieder Laune .

Status Dez-2025: 1956 km erreicht ! ... und mit dem RADON insgesamt 10500 km absolviert - davon mit SCHWALBE Marathon-Plus 10140 km pannenfrei !
Am 16.12.25 neue Marathon Plus-Decken aufgezogen…
