Ride the trails again today. From Nauders up by train and then over the state border to Italy to the obligatory lookout rock. Then down to the Rechensee. Unfortunately, my Garmin at the lake did not record the tour any further. The rest will be delivered later because a passenger has also recorded. So for an impression the following video 😎😁👍

15 km trail descent in beautiful weather and little traffic. What more could you want, except maybe more trails. That would even be possible without any problems here in the area. But I still have to work a little on my condition 😬. 2300 meters in depth then go into the thighs 🤣. Thanks to the lift, the altitude meters remain manageable this time. Ridden the Frommestrail for the second time today. Today with sunshine and dry conditions. The first time everything was covered in clouds and everything was quite damp. Today stop with a big grin under your nose.
All in all, always worth a trip.

Today, at the end of our crossing of the Aplen, a normal little round to train off. Jump into Lake Garda, have lunch in Pregasina and then jump back into Lake Garda ... Today we also dealt with the breakdown that we had successfully avoided so far. A short hose change on the descent of the Ponale and off we went.
Now one or the other "spritz" and probably tomorrow with a headache - and God willing our bicycle transporter will come - back to Hinterriss to the starting point. What can I say…
Great tour ... great group ... great timePS: no, we did not go over water. Forgot to turn on Komoot again 🥴

Arrived in Arco on the 6th day.
After leaving Cles, we found the entrance to the Galeria di Terres. It is a 2.4 kilometer long former irrigation canal that can be used as a cycle path into the Toveltal. The eastern tunnel exit leads directly to the Dolomiti Brenta Bike route, which we continued along to Lake Molveno. Beautiful, well-kept S0 cycle route through the forest.
From now on it went downhill ...
The 29% gradient behind the quaint town of Ranzo and then down to Lago di Toblono was a pleasure after all the previous climbs. Always along the Sacra river via MTB 1444, we have reached our destination Arco. Another great and exhausting MTB enjoyment day.

The 5th day in the most beautiful sunshine. Fortunately, most of the tour went through the forest so that the sun couldn't harm us. After the strenuous climb to 1518m on the Gampenpass, we were able to enjoy the rapid descent - repeatedly interrupted by the intoxicating views - over hill and dale.
I believe that the pictures speak for themselves. The total of 1600m was tough despite all the beautiful moments.
Now a delicious dinner and then the preparations for tomorrow's end to Lake Garda. 1360m up and 1950m down for swimming. Great anticipation 😊.

The 4th day, the relaxed day 🥴.
Despite the corrected altitude of 880 (plus 520 with lift) it was an exciting day.
Suddenly there was a fence in the way ...
Rear wheel at 1.8m ... gloves and helmet pay off. Stone in the knee and a fat knee was the reason for the lift. So far, however, everything survived well. Who’s hit remains a secret. He is embarrassed 😬.
Fortunately, he doesn't read along here ...
We were at the hotel in Tscherms just in time for the thunderstorm. The track again had everything you need and not. Short pushing distances, this time without carrying, rapid descents on mountain passes, challenging trails and
Relaxed gravel paths along the Passer. All in all, another great day with great passengers.

Day 3. Started a little earlier today because there was a lot to do. The weather also played along again. Sun sun sun. But at 2000m with 15 degrees and wind a jacket was required. Some pushing and carrying routes but the trails and the constant great impressions of the landscape make that quickly forgotten. Tired and exhausted, the 3rd stage ended without incident.
Something to relax tomorrow.
60km and 1300m altitude are the order of the day.
