A bit too fast and not enough breaks. Legs feel mushy today. Both ankles are quite swollen but it's no use. Today, one day after the march, things are actually going well. Swelling is less, next activity will be more leisurely...you always learn something new. P.S. after long tours, an ice bath is really great
