In our version, the Mühleberg circular route with its 4 km is almost just a walk. But a walk with two beautiful views of the Neckar Valley, Oberndorf and the Swabian Alb. You can also find out more about bees and honey production along the way. If possible, we recommend the descent via the waterfall cave. After very heavy rainfall or when the snow is melting, a small stream flows out of the cave, which plunges into the valley as an Oberndorf waterfall.

Wolfacher Schlossblick pleasure trailThe city gate of Wolfach with the old Wolfach coat of arms, the Fürstenberg coat of arms and the Baden coat of arms is the ideal starting point for an extraordinary hike. Over its 7 km length, the hiking trail always offers beautiful views and opportunities to linger, so that it is hardly noticeable that the first half of the path (with about 230 meters of altitude) is practically only uphill. Passing the game reserve, you reach two viewpoints from where you can see Wolfach, the Fürstenberg castle and far into the Wolftal. There is also the medieval castle ruins, the "Schlössle", the seat of the Lords of Wolfach. There, in the area of Oberwolfach, the original town was probably built.
Our route leads across the Berghexenlandeplatz and the viewing pavilion to the St. Jakob Chapel, a special gem located on the Kinzig Valley St. James Way. From there the path leads over the Franzosenfelsen back to the city center, where you can re-enter the asphalt path practically directly behind the magnificent town hall. A visit to the old town, the ice cream parlor or one of the many restaurants is the ideal way to end a beautiful hike.
