From Hohentauern, we started our tour over the Großer and Kleiner Bösenstein (2448 m / 2395 m) and the Großer Hengst (2159 m).

We had breakfast halfway up the climb, but unfortunately, the Bösenstein had put on its cap, and the wind quickly pushed us onward – so we returned as planned for lunch.
