The 6th and last day of our ride along La Velomaritime from Dieppe to Cherbourg and the second of two leisurely days at the end. We followed the D1 out of St-Vaast, to pick up the official route about 1.5 km (1 mile) before Hameau Es Monniers. From there, the route wiggles around a bit with some untarmacked

Starting at Netley Abbey, the route goes along the busy Hamble Lane (pavement cycle path) to Lowford, then via Dodwell Lane to Manor Farm (Itchen Valley) Country Park.
