    Coypool RD, Plymouth to the end of the Tavistock Canal, then on to Saltram Park via Plymouth Embankment and Laira Bridge then back to Coypool. Pictures as follows, 1.     Back to Goss Moor with a route that was largely unplanned and going where the fancy took me. The cover picture is of Roche Rock from an unusual angle, other pictures are of the mining country around central Cornwall, plus the infamous Iron Bridge at Goss Moor.

      Reputedly both the north and south coast of Cornwall can be seen from the top of Helman Tor, however not on this occasion as it was a tad dull though a very pleasant destination for a ride. Great views over St Austell and Bodmin.
